Why does CB Connector no longer have a public Bug Tracker?

CB Connector no longer has a public Bug Tracker as the previous Bug Tracker used was the entry point for the website being hacked. In the process of re-building the site I determined that I could handle the Bug Tracking thru the forums and not have to track both the forums and the bug tracker.

The only major item I think is missing now is a 'changelog' showing which issues were fixed in what release and I am still reviewing how I want to handle that.
